The staff was all mostly very friendly, and the room was well priced. Great beds, Wi-Fi, coffee and hairdryer in the room. Very special location, walking distance to a grand Renaissance mansion. The restaurant was stylish, with tasty dishes. Pool was clean, I liked it.

air-conditioned and very clean room, we spend our time nicely. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved segovia old town district. everything was very good as always.

Friendly staff and large room. Btw, their valet is top! There's la bodega del barbero within 5 minutes walk or so, greatly enjoyed their menu...
